the free walking tour offered by the hotel was a highlight of my stay it was very informative
the complimentary evening cocktails were a letdown one night it was sangria and another it was punch neither felt particularly special the lobby felt drafty and cold adding to the disappointment the minibar was also quite limited offering only soft drinks and beer it felt a bit stingy for a hotel of this caliber

Perfect Service and Great Location

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and something I looked forward to every morning! The staff were really nice too ensure I was comfortable and happy. I really appreciated their attention to detail. Service, location, and my room were all amazing.
This detracted slightly from the overall elegant atmosphere.

The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the area.
The breakfast was underwhelming. Service was slow and the poached egg was undercooked. The front-of-house staff seemed overly formal. I thought they lacked natural engagement. The minibar had limited options. Only soft drinks and beer were available. I stayed in 2024.

the staff provided excellent service. they gave useful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. i found complimentary snacks and a restocked minibar each day. the hotel is very close to the pink street and timeout market. i appreciated the seventeenth-century ruins in the downstairs lounge area. i walked to glamourous monuments quickly from the hotel.
the minibar selection featured only soft drinks. i would have preferred more choice.

The staff was really attentive. They helped me with all my needs. The room was spacious. It included modern furnishings. I also enjoyed the complimentary walking tours. They offered different perspectives on the area.
The breakfast service felt a bit slow. I waited longer than expected for coffee, inconvenient. The minibar offered limited choices. It only had soft drinks and beer. The concierge remained seated as I left. Assistance with my luggage would have been welcomed.

The staff really were very good too assist with requests. Snacks were available all day in reception. they included walking tours. I particularly enjoyed the excellent room, complete with quality shampoo, soaps, and conditioner. The hairdryer and hair straightener in the room were also a nice touch.
The room I stayed in felt quite small. When you opened the bathroom door, it actually hit the bed. It was necessary to shuffle to move around the room. I thought the breakfast service was slow at times.
